View Kate's BioWith Memorial Day coming up this weekend, now is the perfect time to brush up on boating safety. In April, I visited with the Massachusetts Environmental Police to film a boating safety and regulations video. The video explains all the required and recommended equipment that boat operators must keep on their boats while operating on Massachusetts inland waterways or coastline. Officer Tara Carlow demonstrated life jacket safety tips with me on their dock near the U.S.S Constitution in Charlestown.
